Liverpool lucks out in FA Cup draw

Brendan Rodgers’ side got a bit of luck in the draw for the FA Cup third-round draw. While Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal each got selected to take on current Premier League sides, Liverpool ended up getting the winner of the non-league battle between Lincoln and Mansfield in the next round of the FA Cup.

Liverpool will play the winner of Lincoln and Mansfield and hope to avoid a spectacular upset by the non-league teams on the weekend of January 5 and 6.

Here’s the complete listing of the third-round fixtures for that same weekend.
